Fee Structure

Please contact me via email, lindsay@miltonkeyneschildcare.com, as the Fee structure depends on hours of care required. All meals, snacks, drinks and regular outings are included in my fees. For any occasional outings that cost more than £2.00 per child I would ask that parents contribute by paying the entrance fee of their child e.g. Mead Open Farm, Gambado, Whipsnade or Woburn Safari park.

Payment Methods

1 Fees are to be paid one month/week in advance by standing order or weekly in advance cash only.
2 Payments by cheque will be accepted 7 days in advance to allow for bank clearance.

Deposit

1 One month’s fees will be charged as a deposit to secure your child place.
2 Your deposit will be returned to you on completion of contract.
3 If the full notice period for the contract termination is not given the deposit will not be returned.

Fees will be reviewed annually and any increase will be charged from 1st April. Increases will be notified in writing by 1st March each year.
